Our MyFuture toolkit is a process designed to support you as you work towards your career goals. It is made up of a toolkit - stories of staff experiences, and assistance from your team leader to help you develop in your current role and for roles that lie ahead. It is for your own personal benefit and whether you chose to utilise it or not is up to you.

This programme is not a guarantee of a dream job, but it does help you make choices that will pay dividends in the medium term, and to understand what types of roles best suit your strengths.
