The Council offers an extensive range of management opportunities due to the size and nature of the organisation. Each group is led by a General Manager and each department is then led by a Unit Manager with support from various Team Leaders. 

Dependent upon the nature of the role people working within management roles will have technical expertise in that area coupled with management experience.
